H&G+T
The machine for HG+T production with highly increased yield
- Our deheading and guts (H&G) using our unique mechanical gutting system and our individual head measuring device ensure optimal yield and high accuracy.
- Tailcutting (+T) here you can cut less or more part of the tail via an adjustable tail cutting plate.
- Sectioning device as option. By adding a “sectioning device” at the end of the FPM-200 you can cut the fish into cutlets of any predetermined size to suit a certain can size but also the fish into pieces.
FPM - 400
Filetting
The versatile machine for HG+T, belly-cleaned and fillet production.
- Options according to FPM-200 The same options as FPM-200. The difference is that you add a filetting unit
- Bellycleaning Cleans out the inside of the fish
- Butterfly filleting Gives you very nice end product
- Single filleting Depending which product the customer wants. Fish 2-25/30 fish/kg.
